A viral video captured by a police dash cam is doing the rounds on various social media platforms. The video shows a careless biker’s instant ‘Karma’ moment.

The footage, recorded from a patrolling vehicle, begins with a police chase as officers pursue a group of bikers performing dangerous stunts on a road.

Among them, one overly confident rider decides to take things a step further — twerking on his moving bike right in front of the police vehicle. In an attempt to mock the cops, the biker balances on his seat and starts shaking his hips, seemingly enjoying his moment of defiance.

But Karma doesn’t take long to strike.

Within seconds, the next frame shows the same biker being detained by a police officer and taken in the patrol car. His earlier bravado is nowhere to be seen, instead, he is sobbing as he is taken to the police station.

The viral video was shared on ‘X’ by a popular handle named ‘Ghar Ke Kalesh’.

The final shot of the video shows the once-arrogant biker sitting inside the station, sniffling and wiping his tears and calling his guardians.

Netizens have flooded the comments with laughter and warnings, reminding thrill-seekers that mocking the law has its consequences.

Los Angeles: Tom Cruise is famous for doing death-defying stunts on his own, as we saw from his vertigo-inducing ‘off the cliff’ scene in “M:I7”.

Braving stunts that could even lead to his death, the actor has managed to pull off incredible stunts, but he has suffered several injuries in the bargain, says ‘The Daily Telegraph’.

Tom Cruise, who’s 61 but fitter than most men half his age, is not 100 per cent indestructible, after all.

Here’s a roster of the injuries he suffered during the filming of “M:I7”:

Torn shoulder while jumping across a cliff face at the Dead Horse Point in Utah, USA.

Two cracked ribs when he slammed into the side of a car in the bridge explosion scene.

Bruised an ankle while running from the exploding aquarium.

Broke an ankle while jumping between building roofs.

“M:I7”, however, will be remembered for the scene where Cruise jumps off a bike in the sky and then parachutes to the ground, or that intense train sequence at the end.

And this is just the beginning. Director Christopher McQuarrie had said earlier that “Dead Reckoning – Part Two” will feature even wilder stunts, as the actor is seeking to outdo himself.

The Hollywood action star’s thrill-seeking adventurous side had even scared his “M:I7” co-stars who had said they feared that he may either suffer a horrible injury, and they may even possibly lose him.

Well, the stunts seem to have done wonder for the box-office earnings of “Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning – Part One”.

It has raked in $240 million worldwide since its July 12 release and made Rs 60 crore in India, an all-time record for Hollywood releases here.

Ethan Hunt seems to be zipping through the record books (and it hasn’t been released in the Chinese market yet!).

Los Angeles: Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has pulled off another death-defying stunt for ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’. Cruise, 60, shared a video of him doing “one of the most dangerous sports in the world” – Speed Flying.

In an Instagram video, the Hollywood star is seen speed-flying off the side of a rocky mountain in the United Kingdom’s Lake District for the ‘MI7’ film.

“It’s a beautiful and delicate sport,” ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning’ director Christopher McQuarrie says in the video and explained how he and other filmmakers achieved filming dynamic shots for the highly-anticipated movie.

McQuarrie also shared some of the challenges that came with filming Cruise doing the stunt, which included figuring out where to place the cameras.

The director went on to explain that “while it may look similar, speed-flying is not skydiving. Skydiving is fairly predictable. Speed-flying is incredibly unpredictable.”

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the air sport, similar to paragliding, combines elements of parachute swooping to allow people to fly at high speeds down mountainsides while maintaining close to the slope. In the footage, Cruise said of the stunt: “We’re gonna do spirals, and we’re landing at an incredibly high speed, over 80 kilometres an hour.”

McQuarrie added that when “flying very close to rocks,” the crew was in “absolute terror” behind the cameras.  The director called the whole experience a “one-of-a-kind adventure.”

Throughout his decades-long career, Cruise has continued to look for ways to push the limits for projects, from scaling a skyscraper to dangling on the outside of a plane.

For his upcoming film, in another death-defying stunt, Cruise drove a motorcycle off a cliff and parachuted to safety, on the first day of filming.

‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ is set to hit theatres on July 12.

Mumbai: Actress Nora Fatehi was “severely injured” while performing a high-octane action sequence for the upcoming film Bhuj: The Pride of India.

“I’ve just got back from Bhopal after shooting my part of the film Bhuj: The Pride of India. It involved a lot of emotional scenes and an entire high octane action sequence in which I ended up getting severely injured,” Nora said.

Nora, who is currently riding high on the success of her latest release Street Dancer 3D, hurt her forehead.

“In one sequence my co-actor accidentally threw a gun straight into my face which caused my forehead to bleed and swell up. I was in a lot of pain however I knew the director needed to complete the shoot as he was on a very tight schedule so I continued to shoot throughout the day in spite of the injury. It left a huge mark for over a week on my face,” she said.

Bhuj: The Pride of India stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk and Pranitha Subhash. The film is directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya.

In the film, Ajay will be seen playing Indian Air Force pilot Vijay Karnik, while Sonakshi will essay the character of Sunderben Jetha Madharparya, who is a social worker and a farmer women, who convinced 299 other women from Madhapur to help build a runway during the India-Pakistan war of 1971.

Karnik was in-charge of the Bhuj airbase during the war, which remained operational despite facing heavy bombing from Pakistan. He was accompanied by 50 IAF and 60 Defence Security Corps personnel at the airbase.

Katrina Kaif: Katrina surprises every one with her acting and dancing skills. Continuing the trend, again she amazed everyone by riding bike in Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara. Even during the film’s promotion, she rode bike with Hrithik Roshan as pillion.

Sonakshi Sinha: Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter too joined the list. In the film Son Of Sardaar she was spotted riding bike dressed in a Patiala salwar and heavy jewellery! The shot was a part of a comedy sequence, and Sonakshi Sinha added perfect entertaining value to it with her stunt.

Sonam Kapoor: Stylish diva Sonam rode a motorcycle in Arbaaz Khan’s Dolly Ki Dolli. We must say Sonam Kapoor carried the sporty look quite well.
